Run the installer — open the downloaded .pkg file and follow the prompts. You may need to approve it in System Settings → Privacy & Security.

Open Audio MIDI Setup — press ⌘ Space, search for "Audio MIDI Setup" and open it.

Create a Multi-Output Device — click the + button at the bottom left, choose "Create Multi-Output Device", then check both your speakers/headphones and BlackHole 2ch.

Set it as your output — go to System Settings → Sound and select your new Multi-Output Device as the output.

In your AI scribe / browser — set the microphone input to BlackHole 2ch. It will now capture your VOIP audio directly.
